Ms. Matasovski began her career on Wall Street in venture capital then migrated to marketing, business development and private banking where she was a Vice President and Relationship Manager.  In this role, she specialized in high net worth clients and their closely held businesses.  Matasovski also founded Melita Media a communication and business strategy consulting firm.  Melita Media was designed for entrepreneurs, executives, managers and businesses that needed an objective, outside eye to help them identify and overcome hurdles in communicating, organizing, and growing their businesses.

As the new Chief Operations Officer, Ms. Matasovski will work in tandem with Ms. deSouza to develop and implement a long-term corporate strategy. She will also be responsible for the financial management and daily operations of the company. With Ms. Matasovski streamlining operations, the future is bright for this young firm.
