Lisa deSouza

President and CEO

Lisa DeSouza

Lisa is a creative executive and digital media producer who has made a career pushing the boundaries of interactive marketing. A results-oriented leader in new media and online marketing industries, she has over fifteen years of increasing responsibilities in the broad range of marketing and new product packaging, program(s), event planning and service development. In addition, she has a solid grasp of e-commerce merchandising as well as a strong understanding of web site technologies. Lisa now has a proven track record managing both people and clients and a demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and tasks across multiple functional areas.

Lisa began her career with a series of prestigious internships at Sipa Press and Satchi & Satchi. Her first position was with the American Theatre Wing as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator. The lessons she learned while working on the Tony Awards, membership drives and promotional materials were quickly put to good use at Citibank where she was introduced to the online world. Lisa was then recruited by a boutique agency where she was responsible for all client events and trade shows. This led her to consult for Global 5000 like Tommy Hilfiger, L’Oreal, SAP, EA Sports and Direct TV. She continued her corporate life at New York Presbyterian Hospital’s Weill Medical College until she relocated to Los Angeles, where she was the Director of Marketing for TouchCommerce (formerly inQ), a start-up software company developing an aggressive online campaign and viral strategy. Most recently Lisa has become a rising expert in Demand Generation, Marketing Automation, and Sales Enablement. As such, she has contracted for many of the largest agencies in the country servicing Global 5000 clients all over the world. Lisa has embarked on her most challenging venture; establishing her own demand generation consulting firm. Today, RPM Demand is positioned as one to watch, having already positioned itself within the small to mid-sized marketplace. She is also the founder of an online training facility called Marketing Automation University and is a member for the Business Advisory Council for the Martin V. School of Business of CSU Channel Islands.

Lisa is a graduate of Deerfield Academy, a prestigious preparatory boarding school located in Massachusetts and attended Columbia University’s Barnard College where she studied economics and political science.  Lisa recently launched Marketing Automation University, an online institute that teaches marketers and small business owners the fundamentals of demand generation and Web 2.0 strategies. Currently she guest lectures on a regular basis at UCLA’s extension program and sits on the Business Advisory Council of CSU Channel Island’s Martin V. School of Business where she is developing a curriculum to teach demand generation.

Lisa is also an avid horse-back rider and has recently rescued a young thoroughbred off the track.  She is extremely active with several local animal charities and also services on the board of directors for the LA chapter of KIDS.  In her “spare time” she also loves to surf and paddle board.

Ada Matasovski

Ada Matasovski

Ada M. Matasovski is a former Private Banker with over 20 years experience in banking and finance. She began her career on Wall Street in venture capital then migrated to marketing, business development and private banking where she was Vice President and Relationship Manager, Private Banking.  In this role, she specialized in high net worth clients and their closely held businesses. Her clients included leading figures in entertainment, media, politics, architecture, and finance as well as entrepreneurs and family offices. She worked at both national and multinational firms, including U.S. Trust, Bank of New York, First Republic, D.H. Blair Investment Banking Corp. and Bannon & Company.  Ada is series 7 and 66 licensed.

Ada also founded Melita Media a communication and business strategy consulting firm.  Melita Media was designed for entrepreneurs, executives, managers and businesses who needed an objective, outside eye to help them identify and overcome hurdles in communicating, organizing, and growing their businesses.

Ada is experienced in business development, marketing, relationship management, credit underwriting, structuring loans, and client advisory services including asset management, trust and estate planning, and custody.

In New York, she was on the Board of Directors of the Worldwide Children’s Foundation.

Ada graduated from Smith College where she studied Economics and French Language & Civilization. She speaks French and Romanian.

Christophe Cremault

Christsophe Cremault

Christophe spent over a decade selling and delivering large enterprise deals in the management consulting and information technology industries. He then moved to the entrepreneurial world and the Internet in 1997, where he has helped literally hundreds of clients improve sales, both online and offline. How? By building smart business and marketing strategies, focusing on strong execution, and leveraging the Internet in effective ways.

Initially working for a pioneering online agency in New York, Christophe and his team designed business strategies, web presence, and marketing programs for dozens of clients in the manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and service sectors. Notable clients included Thomson Financial, webloyalty.com, Clark Security, Practising Law Institute, FoodFit, MusicSpace, Razor and Tie, World Commerce Online, Floramall, Vitamin Shoppe, Chase, Rand McNally, and Tumi Luggage.

As the President of an aggregator of financial content, Christophe and his team helped nearly 200 clients increase sales – organizations like Dow Jones, Lexis-Nexis, Washington-Mutual, TD Waterhouse, Starwood Hotels, Trident Capital, Citibank, Bankshares, Franchise Master, Seattle Times, GE Capital, and over a hundred other players, small and large, in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

In another venture, Christophe and his team have helped over 400 retailers and manufacturers sell more, both online and offline, in the US, Canada, and the UK. Notable clients included JC Penney, Coach, Toys R Us, Walmart, Pottery Barn, Bass Pro, Thornton, Williams-Sonoma, Home Depot, Patagonia, Frontgate, JJill, Jos. A. Bank, Talbots, Brooks Brothers, Toshiba, LEGO, SONY, etc.

With hundreds of successful marketing campaigns under his belt and millions spent to run these campaigns, Christophe knows the amazing marketing power of the internet – even for organizations that do not sell online. And for Christophe, few things feel better than to share this experience and see a client’s business grow.

Terry Hunter

Creative Director

As Creative Director, Terry Hunter brings award-winning, inspired and effective design solutions to RPM Demand. He has honed his craft over 20+ years with an extensive background in graphics and architecture.

Originally from Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, Terry is from a family of sculptors, painters, and illustrators. He grew up with a constant awareness of architecture and his surroundings. Terry attended the Philadelphia College of Art subsequently working for a small advertising company in Philadelphia. Two years later, he bought it and relocated to horse country out past Valley Forge. Managing to maintain his passion for driving sports cars, Three years later, Terry’s passion for sports cars brought him out to California where he raced Formula Fords. Finding his hobby required an expensively obsessive lifestyle at the cost of his creative interests, he went back home, liquidated everything and returned to Los Angeles with just his design portfolio and a small suitcase.

Within a matter of days, he was ‘adopted’ by world-renowned photographer Norman Seeff, who was the creator of virtually hundreds of album covers for a “who’s who” in rock ‘n’ roll. Through Seeff, Terry began working at Electra Asylum, Warner Bros, Arista and others, as well as all three major networks doing on-air graphics and illustrations. This was followed by a long freelance stint with Gray Advertising, where he worked on clients such as the Pointer Sisters, Caesars Palace, and the Yellow Pages. Terry also worked as a creative director/marcom specialist for Verizon’s Americast cable system, where his projects have ranged from designs for an extensive and comprehensive water garden/entertainment center/theme park in Japan to a seven panel DVD

Today, Terry’s portfolio boasts national and international projects, including: a shared platinum record for a publicity piece for Fleetwood Mac, Madonna (Evita), Depêche Mode, Quincy Jones, Chicago, Béla Fleck and Pat Metheny, among others. package for Mel Gibson’s The Passion.

Terry is also a musician, currently living in Los Angeles with his lovely wife and two cats.
